Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5business days for the refund to post your original form of payment.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means if 30 days gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted(if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping casts are non-refundable.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Customized products cannot be returned
Due to the unique and personalized nature of our handmade products, all customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Each item is crafted with care and according to the customer's specifications, making it impossible for us to resell or reuse customized products.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
